Delivery Times:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • UK Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • UK Shipping: UK Shipping has a flat rate of £5 delivery.

  • International Shipping: International orders have a flat rate of £15 delivery.

 

Please note, delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to external factors such as customs clearance or unforeseen global delays.

 

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your parcel throughout its journey.

Customs and Import Duties: International orders may incur customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We advise checking with your local customs office for any additional costs before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the unique and valuable nature of gemstones, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or significantly different from what was described. Every gemstone is inspected thoroughly before despatch, and we encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns before making a purchase.

Please note the following return guidelines:

  • Final Sale: All gemstone purchases are considered final sale and non-refundable unless there is a fault or error on our part.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

 

How to Report a Faulty Item:

  1. Email us at info@theceylonsapphirecompany.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

  2. We will evaluate the issue and provide you with instructions on returning the item if applicable.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method if the item is deemed faulty.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, specifications, and certifications before making a purchase.
