In-Stock Order Category
​
All orders placed via our website are considered offers to purchase the specified gemstones or products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, even if payment has been made. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the gemstones within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Pre-Order Category

Our Exclusive Gemstone Pre-Order Service allows you to secure rare or limited gemstones before they become available. By placing a pre-order, you agree to make full payment at the time of order. We aim to deliver pre-ordered gemstones within 2-3 weeks of confirmation.

Please review our cancellation and refund policies before placing a pre-order. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to deliver a professional and reliable service.
Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe the gemstones we sell, including size, weight, and any visible characteristics. However, as natural gemstones can vary, we cannot guarantee that colours and features will exactly match the photographs on our website.
Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept a variety of payment methods, including all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments, Adyen N.V., and Stripe, trusted third-party payment providers. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you.
We take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your payment and order information. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your data, unless such access is due to our negligence.

Pricing and Products

All prices listed on our website are correct at the time of order placement. If there is a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice for orders placed more than 10 working days from the date of purchase.
Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 14 days, but please allow up to 28 days, especially for items sourced from overseas. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.

Orders are shipped via a variety of carriers (Royal Mail, DPD, UPS), depending on size and weight. Delivery days are Monday to Friday. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you will be charged an additional fee for redelivery.
